I strictly enforce my cancellation/no show policy. I take my time, as well as yours,  very seriously and while I try to maintain a carefree fun environment I ask for the highest respect when it comes to time making it one thing I stay serious about. Communication is key!


I understand that life doesn't always cooperate with our plans and, should you need to reschedule our date, I'm happy to accommodate you. However, my time is precious and If we have confirmed that means I have set aside and reserved that time for you. With that being said, should you cancel within 24 hours of the date of your appointment, you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee for the time which had been set aside for you. If you cancel within 12 hours of the date of your appointment 75% cancellation fee. Should you arrive so late that you force me to turn you away, or not show up at all, you will be required to pay the visit in full prior to future bookings!
